Custom-Designed Counterflow Water Saving and Plume-Abatement Cooling Tower (Hybrid Type)

Various nature resources are seriously depleted along with the rapid development of industry, and people are paying more attention to the emitted plume from the industry area and high-tech factories. Therefore, Techgo has developed the Heating-type water-saving and plume-abatement cooling tower. This special design could reduce the plume emitted from the cooling towers and decrease the evaporation of circulating water to reduce water consumption effectively.
Techgo could analyze the operating condition provided by the customer and design the hybrid type water-saving and plume-abatement cooling tower accordingly.

Custom-Designed Crossflow Cooling Tower

With the development of modern industry, in response to the cooling water needs of various factories, cross-flow cooling towers can be used in situations where the cooling water is relatively high on temperature; and the water quality is relatively dirty, such as steel plants, petrochemical plants, etc. Techgo provides new cooling towers Technology, superior to other suppliers in the same field. Our success depends on consistant testing our cooling tower design, integrate the experimental data of cooling towert components and optimize the cooling tower system, and conduct customized analysis based on relevant site data and site constraints provided by customers, and use software conduct CFD simulation and structural calculation to optimize the design, confirm the safety of the structural design, and ensure that the performance of the cooling tower meets the requirements of CTI-ATC-105.
